Completed a four-year bachelor degree in Kinesiology at Vancouver Island University in my hometown of Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada, followed by a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland.
I have gained valuable experience working with high-level sports teams, including rugby and ice hockey, and have also worked in a private physiotherapy clinic in Canada, where I was able to further develop my clinical skills, professional judgment, and patient-centred approach to care.
Prior to my physiotherapy career, I worked as a forest firefighter for the Province of British Columbia, which helped me build resilience, a strong work ethic, and critical decision-making skills that translate well into clinical practice. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through the gym, hiking, and playing sports. I currently compete as a baseball player for Team Scotland and the London Mets in the National Baseball League.
