Graduated with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Robert Gordon University. While studying, he developed an interest in both musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation ( Stroke). Since qualifying, he has developed an interest in conditions related to lower back and neck issues.
Nathan mainly uses the McKenzie Method (MDT) to guide his treatment approach, especially for spinal and joint-related problems. He makes use of electrotherapy techniques including Shockwave, Ultrasound, Interferential, Tecar, and Laser therapy, to help support recovery and improve outcomes.
Outside of work, Nathan plays semi-professional football for Keith FC in the Highland League. Being involved in sport has given Nathan experience dealing with sports injuries and has shaped the way he approaches rehabilitation and performance-focused care.
