Swedish massage

To give a deeper more specific massage that targets the soft tissues ( muscles). This is ideal for those who are very physically active, or who suffer from chronic pain and tension. If you have an injury, soreness or just tight muscles, the deep pressure can be used to during recovery and may help to reduce the risk of further injury.  

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

A technique used  to gently help stimulate the lymphatic system, in an attempt to assist in the reduction of localised swelling. This may helps speed up the process of fluid elimination, increases the immune function, is excellent for fluid retention, lymphatic congestion, and a great overall immune booster.

Oncology massage

With the consent of your medical team we treat clients with cancer or those who have had a history of cancer. The massage aims to give  a deep sense of relaxation. This may help in reducing some symptoms of pain, stress, anxiety, nausea and fatigue. Sleep quality may also be improved.
